Mush Peas

Great served with pies

  • 500g frozen peas, thawed
  • 80ml cream
  • 80ml chicken stock
  • 50g butter
  • Salt and pepper
  1. In a saucepan over the heat diffuser melt the butter then add the peas, cream and stock.
  2. Simmer gently for 5 minutes.
  3. Mash with potato masher or fork.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
