Chicken pasta or Lasagne Sauce

  • 500g Chicken mince
  • 2 tsp basil paste
  • 2 cloves garlic,
  • ¼ cup white wine,
  • 1 bottle pasta sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of dry parmesan cheese
  1. Fry the mince with garlic and basil paste until brown. Add the white wine and cook until evaporated. Add the bottle of pasta sauce and parmesan cheese
  2. Bring to the boil, then simmer for around an hour.

Serve on hot pasta with parmesan cheese and a side salad
